Stitching is Herculean. Craftsmanship is pragmatic. It's even picking up some nice grey dye from my jeans. Kicks more ass than any wallet has the right to.

The quality is excellent and it is slim enough to be almost unnoticeable in my pocket and prevents me stuffing it with receipts and business cards, but is the perfect size for me to carry walking around cash in.

Had mine for about 3 months now. Only problem is with dark denim the dye transfers over a bit. Built quality is great, but I might dye the entire thing black since it looks odd.

We get that all of the time.

"So how do I choose my wallet color?"
I recycle all of the leather by hand. I come across such a variety of colors that I could not possibly offer any kind of choice. I do however only use relatively neutral earth tone color schemes in my wallets. If you absolutely despise your color you can send it back at your own expense for a different color, no questions asked. Just email me first.

"Bill Size?"
While my wallet is designed for U.S. bills I have many international customers who use my wallets.
Alternative sized bills can be folded in 3 and still tucked away within the wallet.

"How long will shipping take?"
Wallets typically leave my shop a day or two after purchase and from then it can take up to 7 business days priority and up to 2 weeks economy. International varies. The estimates through your tracking are usually pretty accurate.

"So what the heck is recycled leather?"
Recycled leather is leather that I personally recycle by hand from a variety of sources where it would have otherwise gone to waste. No new leather will ever be put into production for any Phil's Wallet. That being said, I do have strict guidelines of what is acceptable. Only high quality leathers of just the right thickness make it to your pockets.

Leather Nerds Beware:
This is not a full grain leather wallet. All of my wallets are made from 100% hand recycled leather. A uniquely textured but still extremely durable substitute. In addition to the many environmental benefits of using materials that would have gone to waste, I actually prefer the feel of my wallets and find I can make them even thinner and more durable.

"What about this Guarantee?"
All wallets are backed by a five year guarantee protecting any defects that may have occurred as a result of an
error on our end. This includes but is not limited to thread breakage, wallet un-stitching, and inferior materials.
This does not cover any damage that is caused by extreme usage beyond anything you should be subjecting a wallet to. [But send a message anyways, we are usually pretty cool about these so long as the system is not being abused.]
Just send back the wallet at your own expense with an explanation note and we will replace it, no hassles.

"Will I receive an email confirmation?"
You should receive a confirmation right away. You will receive another email with your tracking when your order ships. This could take us up to 3 business days (I usually get them out the same day but I like to be on the safe side of things.)
